Mangaluru: ICYM Bajal, Daivik Amrith Trust organise Laudato Si

Mangaluru, Aug 25: ICYM Bajal Unit and Daivik Amrith Trust jointly organized Laudato Si - Vanamahotsava and sapling distribution program on Sunday, August 25 morning at Bajal Church premises.

Parish priest of Bajal Holy Spirit Church Fr Andrew D'Souza, Parish Pastoral Council vice president Maurice D'Souza, secretary Lydia Lobo, coordinator of Commissions Liston D'Souza, manager of the Daivik Amrith Santhosh Alwyn Lobo, member of Daivik Amrith committee Simon Pais and others were present.

"In the current situation, it is the responsibility of all of us to plant trees and develop a green environment," said Fr Andrew D'Souza in his message. Symbolically, he distributed the saplings to the ward Gurkars.
