Mangaluru, Aug 29: The Institute of Aviation Studies at Srinivas University hosted a guest lecture on stress management and self-motivation on  August 28 for its students. The session featured Freeda D’Souza, manager of Operations at Srinivas Hospital, Mukka, who served as the resource person for the event. The session was organized for the students of first, second, and third-year BBA (Aviation Management, Aviation and Logistics Management, and Aviation, Travel and Tourism Management).

The primary objective of the guest lecture on stress management and self-motivation was to equip students with effective tools and strategies to manage stress and maintain self-motivation throughout their academic journey. By addressing these key aspects of student life, the session aimed to enhance their emotional resilience, mental well-being, and overall academic performance.
