Media Release

Mangaluru, Aug 29: The Institute of Aviation Studies at Srinivas University hosted a nostalgic and heartwarming event titled "Echoes of Childhood Playtime" at the Hotel Srinivas Auditorium on August 27. The event was organized specifically for students pursuing BBA in Aviation Management, Aviation and Logistics Management, Aviation, Travel and Tourism Management, and MBA in Aviation Management.

The event "Echoes of Childhood Playtime" was organized by the Cultural Forum of the Institute with the primary goal to transport students back to the carefree days of their childhood, rekindling fond memories through traditional games that many enjoyed in their younger years. The event was designed to foster stronger relationships among students, providing an opportunity for juniors, seniors, and peers from different courses to interact and bond in a relaxed and playful environment. By participating in group activities and games, students were encouraged to work together, support each other, and build teamwork skills that are essential in both academic and professional settings.

The event featured a variety of traditional games that brought students together in a spirit of fun. The Tiger and Cow game allowed participants to relive the thrill of playful competition, while the Lemon and Spoon race had everyone laughing and cheering as they tried to balance their lemons. The Placing the Bindi game added a humorous twist, with blindfolded students attempting to accurately place a bindi on the other. The classic Housie Housie game created shared excitement and anticipation, as students eagerly awaited their numbers. These activities not only revived cherished childhood memories but also fostered a sense of unity and togetherness among the participants.

The organizers succeeded in creating a lively and inclusive environment, where students from different courses could bond over shared experiences. The sense of togetherness was evident as students supported and encouraged one another throughout the games, strengthening the sense of community within the institute.
