Kundapur, Aug 31: A Freshers Day programme was organized at IMJ Institute of Science and Commerce, Moodlekatte.
Inaugurating the programme for the first-year students, director of IMJ brand building, Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, said, "Our institution always strives for the all-round development of students."
College principal Dr Pratibha Patel wished the students to make good use of the opportunities given to them and achieve high performance.
The principal Jayasheel Kumar urged the students to go for all-round development by utilizing various platforms of the college.
Swarna Rani, head of computer science and Archana Gadde, head of commerce were present on the stage. Second BCA student Rashika compered the programme.
