Mangaluru, Aug 31: Rosa Mystica PU College witnessed an electrifying event, the annual big talent Hhunt, SAMBHRAM, which brought together the vibrant talent of the students in a grand celebration of creativity, skill, and innovation. The event, held on the college Auditorium, was a testament to the institution’s commitment to nurturing the all-round development of its students.
The occasion was graced by Mohammad Iqbal, a prominent educationist as the chief guest. Addressing the students, Iqbal emphasized the importance of platforms like ‘SAMBHRAM’ in shaping the future of the youth. “Talent is not just a gift; it is a responsibility. It is events like these that provide students with the opportunity to discover and hone their unique abilities. I urge every student to take full advantage of such opportunities to realize their true potential," he said.
Sr Roselyta, the president of the event, highlighted the importance of perseverance and dedication in achieving success. “Every talent you possess is a gift, and it is your duty to cultivate it with sincerity and hard work. SAMBHRAM is not just a competition but a celebration of the diverse talents that our students possess. Let this be a stepping stone towards greater achievements in your life,” she said.
Usha, vice president of PTA, said, “Our students have once again proven that they are not just academically inclined but are also brimming with talent in various fields. The PTA is proud to support such initiatives that contribute to the holistic development of our children."
Dr Sadhana B S, the principal of the college welcomed the gathering and encouraged the students to continue exploring their talents and assured them of the college’s unwavering support in their pursuits. “SAMBHRAM is a platform where dreams take flight. The event featured a wide array of performances, including music, dance, drama, singing, fancy dress, quiz and art exhibitions, showcasing the incredible talent of the students. The enthusiasm and energy displayed by the participants left the audience in awe, making SAMBHRAM a memorable event for everyone involved. Avil Renil D'Silva compered the programme and Bahrathi, expressed the gratitude for making the event successful.
