Udupi, Sep 2: Narayana Guru Flagpole inaugurated by Sri Narayana Guru Youth Forum (R ) Udupi, recently in Udyavar.

The flag hoisting ceremony symbolizing the message of Narayana Guru was conducted by Geetanjali Suvarna, President of National Billava Women’s Federation.

Geetanjali Suvarna, president of National Billava Women’s Federation, in her inaugural note highlighted the profound impact of Narayana Guru’s ideals, emphasizing his concern for all religions and his visionary approach toward the upliftment of marginalized communities. She noted that his teachings have enabled people from disadvantaged backgrounds to live with dignity today.

Vaman Bangera, former zilla panchayat member, also spoke at the event, commending the Shri Narayana Guru Youth Forum for its ongoing socially beneficial activities. He expressed that these efforts align with the ideals of Narayana Guru and contribute to the propagation of his message.

The ceremony was attended by, honorary president Sri Narayana Guru Youth Forum Sadashiva Amin Katteggudde, Girish Kumar Udyawar, Raghu Sanil, Riyaz Palli, Diwakar Bolje, Sainath Udyavar, Harish Poojary Enagudde, Satish Poojary Beerappadi, Royce Fernandes, Suhail Abbas, Dinesh Poojary, Supreeth Suvarna, Kishore Kumar, Gunakar Sanil, Prakash Bangera, Jaya Poojary, Harish, and Keshav Sanil and others.
