Mangaluru: Mount Carmel senior secondary students excel at Aloysian fest

Mangaluru, Sep 3: The senior secondary students of Mount Carmel Central School, excelled at the one-day national-level Aloysian cultural fest organized by St Aloysius (deemed to be university) for pre-university students on Saturday, August 31.

Competing against other pre-university colleges from Karnataka and neighbouring States, Mount Carmel students stood out with their impressive performance. Mahathi Pavanaskar bagged the first prize in the classical dance while Elsha Rose Lewis earned the first prize in the all-rounder category.

These victories propelled the school to the runner-up position in the cultural fest, a significant accomplishment indeed. This success highlights the importance of quality over quantity, showcasing the exceptional talent and dedication of Mount Carmel students.
