Mangaluru: St Agnes PU college celebrates Hindi Day

Mangaluru, Sep, 13: A Hindi Day programme was celebrated at St Agnes PU College here Rohith Reda, Hindi officer, Geological Survey of India graced the occasion as the chief guest. The programme comprised an invocation, humorous skit, quiz and a mesmerizing dance performance. Prizes were given away to the prize winners of skit writing, chart making and creative writing competitions.

Nibha D Ail welcomed the gathering and Mythri Rao proposed a vote of thanks. Roopashree introduced the guest of honour. Aqsa Faizal and Harshitha Gowda were the emcees for the programme.

Sr Norine D’Souza, principal, Sr Janet Sequeira, vice principal, Dr P V Shobha, HoD of the Hindi department, Hindi lecturers Jeevan B R and Anitha G Shenoy, teaching and non-teaching staff along with the students were present on the occasion.
