St Aloysius Gonzaga School excels at CBSE South Zone Swimming Championship

Mangaluru, Sep 18: The students of St Aloysius Gonzaga School showcased their skills at the CBSE South Zone Swimming Championship, held from September 8 to 12, in Davangere, Karnataka.

In the under-17 boys category, Saatwik Nayak Sujir of class X secured silver medals in 50mts and 100mts freestyle, bronze medal in 400mts freestyle, and bronze medal in 50mts breaststroke.

Sudipti Sunil from class V in the under-11 girls category won a silver medal in 100mts freestyle, a bronze medal in 50mts backstroke, bronze medal in 50mts freestyle.

In the under-11 boys category, Avaneesh Nayak Sujir of class V won silver medal in the 200mts individual medley and a bronze medal in the 50mts backstroke. Saatwik, Sudipti and Avaneesh got qualified for Nationals.

The principal and staff of St Aloysius Gonzaga School extended their heartfelt congratulations to all the medal winners for their achievements.
