Udupi, Sep 22: A training programme titled “Bake the Brains” will be held at Hotel City Centre, Chandan auditorium, Brahmavar, on September 25 from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Entry will be granted only to registered participants.
This programme is jointly organised by the Udupi District Bakery & Food Manufacturer & Sellers Association (R), Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), and the Udupi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (UCCI).
The programme will cover essential topics, including long shelf-life preservation of bakery products, hygienic practices, new trends in the bakery industry, and the latest packing technologies.
Leading the workshop will be Prabha Shankar, a food scientist from CFTRI Mysuru, who will provide comprehensive insights on bakery product preservation.
Additionally, Devaraj M, joint director of MSME, will share vital information regarding financial assistance available for the food industry.
Participation in this training programme is mandatory for those interested, and advance registration is required.
