Mangaluru: Institute of Aviation Studies Srinivas University organizes treasure hunt competition

Mangaluru, Sep 25: The Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University under their management forum organised an exhilarating treasure hunt competition in their campus at Hampankatta on September 24.

The competition drew enthusiastic participation from students across the 1st, 2nd, and final years of the BBA programmes in Aviation Management, Aviation and Logistics Management, Aviation Travel and Tourism Management. The event, designed to foster problem-solving, teamwork, and strategic thinking, provided students with a fun and interactive learning experience beyond the classroom.

The competition commenced with a preliminary round, where 40 students took part in various intellectual challenges, including quizzes, crossword puzzles, and sudoku on management. After a series of challenging tasks, six teams emerged victorious, securing a place in the highly anticipated final round.

The treasure hunt's final round tested the students’ ability to work strategically under pressure, and after intense competition, the top teams were rewarded for their remarkable performance.

The event was organised under the guidance of Dr Pavithra Kumari, dean of the Institute of Aviation Studies, and Anjana T V, head of department. Both faculty members, along with their team, provided constant encouragement, motivating the students to bring out their best.

Overall, ANVESHAN 2024 was a huge success, providing students with a unique opportunity to develop critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills in an enjoyable and dynamic setting. The event left a lasting impression on participants, reinforcing the value of experiential learning outside the classroom.
