Dubai, Nov 24: Dubai Scholars Private School won the senior Bollyrock Challenge inter-school competition 2011 held at the DUCTAC, Mall of the Emirates, and Dubai on Wednesday November 23.
They stood ahead of nine other academic and dance schools of the UAE. Ocean Kids, another popular dance academy won the junior title.
The 38-member Dubai Scholars team put up a magnificent display of fine choreography, costumes, colors, lighting and dance to powerfully highlight their theme 'Empowering Women'.
Javed Jaffery, the Indian reality TV star from dance show Boogie Woogie was among the three-member judges panel. His wit and humour made the show even better. Javed encouraged the young children and praised all the participants for their effort and determination in putting up this show.
