Mangaluru division KSRTC’s special Dasara packages inaugurated

Mangaluru, Oct 3: The KSRTC Mangaluru division’s special packages for visiting temples in and around the city and district from October 3 to 12 in celebration of Dasara was inaugurated on Thursday.

Additional special packages are also available for Mangaluru-Madikeri, Mangaluru-Kollur, and Mangaluru-Murudeshwar.

Navadurga Darshana

Buses will depart from the Mangaluru KSRTC bus stand at 8 AM and proceed to the following temples: Mangaladevi Temple, Sunkadakatte Ambika Annapoorneshwari Temple, Bappanadu Durgaparameshwari Temple (afternoon lunch), Sasihitlu Bhagavati Temple and beach, Chitrapura Durgaparameshwari Temple, Urwa Mariyamma Temple (evening snacks), and Kudroli Gokarnanatha Temple. The return to the KSRTC bus stand is scheduled for 8 PM. Ticket prices (excluding lunch and snacks) are Rs 400 for adults and Rs 300 for children.

Madikeri tour

The bus will leave Mangaluru at 7 AM, visiting Madikeri, Raja Seat, Abbi Falls, Nisargadhama, and the Golden Temple before returning to Mangaluru at 9 PM. Ticket prices (excluding lunch and snacks) are Rs 500 for adults and Rs 400 for children.

Mangaluru-Kollur

Buses will depart in the morning from Mangaluru and visit Ucchila Mahalaxmi Temple, Kamalashile Brahmi Durgaparameshwari Temple (lunch), Kollur Mookambika Temple, and Maranakatte Brahmalingeshwara Temple, returning to Mangaluru at 7 PM. Ticket prices (excluding lunch and snacks) are Rs 500 for adults and Rs 400 for children.

Mangaluru-Murudeshwar

Buses will depart from the Mangaluru bus stand at 7 AM and travel to Murudeshwar, Chandika Durgaparameshwari Temple Kumbashi, Anegudde Ganapati Temple, Ucchila Mahalaxmi Temple, and back to Mangaluru at 7 PM. Ticket prices (excluding lunch and snacks) are Rs 550 for adults and Rs 450 for children.
