Girija Surgicals inaugurates second outlet in Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Oct 6: MLC Ivan D'Souza, along with other dignitaries, inaugurated the second outlet of Girija Surgicals at Sanu Palace, opposite the PVS building, on Sunday, October 6.

Notable guests included Walter Nandalike, managing director of Daijiworld Media Network, actor Aravind Bolar, BJP district spokesperson Rajgopal Rai, Sanu Palace owner Guru, Corporator Leelavathi Prakash, and Leelaksha Karkera, managing director of Namma Kudla.

MLC Ivan D'Souza emphasised the significance of the opening during Navarathri, stating, “The second outlet of Girija Surgicals has opened during a holy month. All equipment available here is essential, as it is set up like a supermarket where we can choose whatever we need.”

 

Walter Nandalike underscored the importance of preventive health measures, saying, “Healthcare contributes 5% of GDP, and managing director Ravindra Shetty has a strong vision to extend the outlet to other districts. While 80% of people visit medical stores due to disease, here they have the option to choose products that can prevent illness and maintain health.”

Aravind Bolar praised the essential materials available for promoting individual well-being. During the event, both Walter Nandalike and Aravind Bolar were felicitated for their contributions.

Since its establishment in January 2020, Girija Healthcare & Surgicals has built a solid reputation in the healthcare sector. To celebrate the opening, customers can purchase glucometers for Rs 200 (originally priced at Rs 765) and enjoy discounts ranging from 15% to 70% on retail items from October 7 to 22. The showroom also offers a buy-back facility for surgical equipment.
