Mangaluru, Oct 8: The bachelor of business administration organized a seminar on strategic time management for personal growth on October 7. The main aim of the seminar was to motivate people to harness hidden talents and develop strengths and improve life skills.

Caroline Maria Pais graced the event with their presence as the esteemed resource person. She is a facilitator at ICAI, Mangaluru, from 2009, facilitator, World Konkani Centre, Mangaluru and practicing advocate, Mangaluru & free-lance soft-skill trainer. Her inspiring words and invaluable insights left a lasting impact on the audience, motivating them to pursue excellence in their endeavors.

It was an enriching experience that commenced with an engaging activity, encouraging participation from all students. She emphasized the importance of passion, effective time management, and overcoming procrastination, providing practical tips and strategies through interactive activities, thought-provoking questions, and real-life examples.

The session culminated with the inspiring ‘Jar of Life’ story, reinforcing the significance of prioritizing and managing time wisely. The session proved to be a resounding success under the leadership and guidance of Anitha S, HOD of BBA department and Dhriti Amin, vice president of BBA department for providing a platform to enhance our skills, knowledge, and personal growth.
