Udupi: Cong leaders urge police to act against false info campaign targeting Prasadraj Kanchan

Udupi, Oct 16: Congress leaders of the district submitted a memorandum to Udupi district superintendent of police and urged him to take stringent action against those spreading false information about Congress leader Prasadraj Kanchan.
 
The leaders included Vishwas Amin, Kumar Baikady and other supporters of Prasadraj Kanchan. 
 


 
The delegation urged the superintendent of police Dr Arun K to take stringent action against those spreading false information about Congress leader Prasadraj Kanchan. They also alleged that Prasadraj Kanchan's photo was edited and shared even though he had not participated in any of such events and had any role to play as shared in the false message. 
 
The delegation also included members of Udupi district fishermen Congress, district Congress and followers of Prasadraj Kanchan.
