Building Collapses in Delhi, Some Feared Trapped


New Delhi, Dec 3 (IANS): A four-storey building collapsed in the capital Saturday afternoon, a fire brigade official said. Some people are feared trapped in the debris.

"The incident was reported at 12.10 p.m. The building collapsed in west Delhi's Uttam Nagar area," the official said.

The official could not confirm the number of people feared to be trapped under the collapsed building.

"We have sent seven fire tenders to the spot and rescue work is on," the official said.
