Kundapur: Illegal stock of Annabhagya rice seized; case filed

Kundapur, Oct 31: Food inspector Suresh H S conducted a raid at the residence of Ashfaque in Nayakawadi, Gujjadi village, uncovering an illegal stock of rice meant for the government’s Anna Bhagya scheme, allegedly stored by Hamza and Ganesh.

Authorities seized 550 kg of rice valued at Rs 18,700.

A case has been registered against Ganesh and Hamza at Gangolli police station in connection with the seizure.

    Same story whichever govt.or minister is responsible for this.Rice goes to always wrong Go down and poor have to wait with empty stomach.They are making their pocket full.Whether they dont feel bad when others hunger?
