Bengaluru, Oct 31: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah faces another legal challenge following the MUDA scam allegations. Social worker T J Abraham has filed a defamation case in the special court for people representatives, claiming the CM referred to him as a "blackmailer."

In his complaint filed on Wednesday, Abraham has urged the CM to provide evidence to substantiate his claims or issue a public apology. Abraham stated that Siddaramaiah made derogatory remarks during public statements, labeling him as a blackmailer with a "bad history".

Abraham had previously filed a case against Siddaramaiah at the Mysuru Lokayukta and the special court concerning the MUDA scam. He alleged that the CM had used offensive language while addressing the matter.
