Byndoor, Nov 1: Byndoor Utsav has laid the foundation for the town's holistic development by elevating the region's recognition on a global level, said Shivamogga MP B Y Raghavendra. He inaugurated the Byndoor Utsav - Celebration of Rhythm, Steps Towards Prosperity program at Gandhi Maidan, held as part of the Kannada Rajyotsava celebrations.
Raghavendra noted that efforts to improve connectivity across Byndoor, which encompasses both coastal and Malnad areas, have included the development of three national highways over the past decade. In the coming days, sincere attempts will be made to position Byndoor as a major tourist and pilgrimage destination. He also added that the state government has released funds to support Byndoor Utsav.
