Moodbidri, Nov 3: Students of grade I and II from Carmel School set off on an unforgettable educational trip to Pilikula. The excited group arrived at their destination, ready for a day of exploration and learning.

The first stop was Pilikula's zoo, where the students were enthralled by the chance to see a wide variety of animals up close. From majestic lions to vibrant, colourful birds, the children were fascinated by the wildlife they encountered. This interactive experience brought their textbook lessons to life, and the students excitedly shared their observations with one another, especially about animals they had only previously read about.

After a thrilling tour of the zoo, the students enjoyed a well-deserved lunch surrounded by the serene beauty of Pilikula's natural environment. The excitement didn’t end there. Post-lunch, the group visited the Pilikula Planetarium, where they embarked on a breathtaking journey through the universe. Learning about planets, stars, and galaxies, the students curiosity about space was sparked as they marvelled at the wonders of the cosmos.

By the end of the day, the students returned to school filled with newfound knowledge and memories of a fun-filled adventure. The trip to Pilikula not only enriched their learning but also fostered a deeper appreciation for nature and science.
