Kundapur: Couple arrested for selling ganja from home

Kundapur, Nov 4: Personnel from the Rural Kandloor police station have arrested a couple for allegedly stocking and selling ganja from their residence in Udayanagara, Gulvadi.

The arrested are identified as Nazarullah Khan (40) and his wife Fatima (33), residents of Udayanagara.

The duo was found with 8.37 kg of ganja packed in five separate packets, valued at Rs 6.43 lac. Police also seized a trolley suitcase and mobile phones from the couple.

During the interrogation, it was revealed that a person named Hasainar had supplied the narcotics to the couple.
