Kundapur: Dr H S Shetty builds 14 homes for Koraga families in Jannadi, Manigere colonies

Kundapur, Nov 4: In a significant boost to community welfare, Dr H S Shetty, through the Heggunje Rajiv Shetty Charitable Trust, has constructed 14 homes for Koraga families in the Jannadi and Manigere colonies of Hardalli Mandalli village, Udupi district, at a cost of Rs 2 crore. The homes will be inaugurated on November 17.

Kundapur MLA Kiran Kumar Kodgi will preside over the ceremony, with rituals led by Sri Vishwaprasanna Teertha Swamiji of the Udupi Pejawar Math. Muniyappa, the minister for food and civil supplies, will be the chief guest.

These modern homes boast of double bedrooms, spacious kitchens, a hall, and attached bathrooms, all featuring high-quality tiles. With plumbing complete and electrical connections nearly finished, the homes have been expertly crafted by renowned contractor Udaykumar Shetty.

Dr H S Shetty continues to demonstrate his commitment to community welfare through the Heggunje Rajiv Shetty Charitable Trust, providing vital support to underprivileged families. The community looks forward to his continued success in this mission, along with the efforts of vice-president Haladi Nagaraj Shetty and secretary Dr Sumana Shetty, who is also dedicated to impactful community service initiatives.
