Under his leadership, MResult corporation has expanded operations within India, creating numerous job opportunities, particularly in tier-two cities such as Mangaluru. This commitment has contributed to transforming these regions into centers of technological innovation. M Result’s offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Mangaluru not only create employment but actively support local academic institutions by developing programs designed to improve the employability of young graduates. Naik's future plans include establishing incubation centers to nurture young talent, emphasizing ethical, compassionate growth, and equipping graduates with cutting-edge technological skills.
