Mangaluru: Srinivas University organises alumni guest talk with Dr Ajay Kumar

Mangaluru, Nov 13: Srinivas University, Institute of Management and Commerce, department of social sciences and humanities organized a guest talk on 'PR Application in Social Work' on November 6 for MSW students.

The session commenced with a warm welcome and introduction of honorable registrar development, Dr Ajay Kumar, who gave a speech on how Public Relations (PR) can be applied in social work. Sir also discussed the various techniques used in social work and shared his experiences in the PR field. The session was interactive, allowing students to engage and gain insights into the practical applications of PR in the social work profession.

The programme was organized under the guidance of Dr Venkatesh S Amin, dean of the Institute of management and commerce, and coordinated by Prof Joyson, head of the department of social sciences and humanities, IMC Dr Laveena D’Mello, professor, Dr Vidya N, associate professor, and Prof Ranjith Bhat were present. The event was masterfully compered by Thripthi, with a welcome speech delivered by Namitha and a vote of thanks proposed by Afra.
