Mangaluru, Nov 13: The Optometry unit of Yenepoya School of Allied health sciences, in collaboration with NSS Unit 4, organized an eye screening camp at DKZP govt school. The camp was held at the Higher Primary School, Belmadota aimed at promoting eye health and early detection of visual impairments.

The camp provided free eye check- ups to students, teachers, and community members, offering an essential service to identify potential vision problems, such as refractive errors and cataract.

The camp was conducted as part of the initiative to address eye health issues in the local community and schools. The camp targeted students, teachers, and local residents, providing free screening, consultations, and referrals to specialists when necessary.
