Karwar, Dec13: In a heart-rending incident, a three-year-old boy was beaten to death by his own parents after he disturbed their sleep at night with his non-stop wailing.
The incident occured on the intervening night between Monday December 12 and Tuesday December 13.
The boy, Sushanth, was caught in a fit of wailing which disturbed his parents Hema and Chandru. Annoyed that they could not get sleep nor calm him down, they beat him repeatedly and banged him to the floor, killing him in the process.
When neighbours came to know about the horrific incident, they caught hold of the couple and beat them up, before handing them over to the police.
