Mangaluru, Dec 9: Expert Pre-University College, Valachil, unveiled its state-of-the-art boys' food court at Omega, its newly constructed staff quarters. The facility was inaugurated by renowned entrepreneur and executive chef, Raksha Sehgal (Elior India).

Addressing the gathering, Sehgal praised the college's well-designed infrastructure. Prof Narendra L Nayak, chairman, Expert group, expressed his delight at the continuous value addition initiatives. He commended spices N chefs for their exceptional services.

Dr Ushaprabha N Nayak, vice chairperson, encouraged students to learn the culinary art and to utilize the facility optimally. Ankush N Nayak (IT director, Expert) and Dinesh Palliyil (managing director, spices N chefs) conveyed their best wishes.

The event was attended by architect Deepika A Nayak, Dr NK Vijayan Karippal (principal), Subramanya Udupa (vice principal), Gurudatta N (coaching head), staff, and students. Anitha P Shetty hosted the programme, welcomed dignitaries, and proposed the vote of thanks.
