Tulu Nadu Aisiri Charitable Trust conducts Satyanarayana Maha Puja in Vapi

Mumbai, Jan 3: The Tulu Nadu Aisiri Charitable Trust, Vapi, in association with its cultural and literary committee, organized its annual religious program featuring the public Sri Satyanarayana Maha Puja and the recital of the Sri Shanishwara Mahatmaya text. The event took place on Saturday, Dec 28, at the Vapi Kannada Bhavan in Gujarat's Vapi, a prominent industrial township of five villages.

The program commenced with a lamp-lighting ceremony led by trust president Balakrishna S Shetty and his spouse Rajini Shetty, along with members of the local community.

The event was held under the leadership of Tulu Nadu Aisiri vice presidents Naveen Shetty and Arundhati Naveen Shetty. Distinguished guests and participants included Sadasiva G Poojary, president of Gujarat Billava Sangha Vapi branch; Ramesh Neelay Poojary, honorary secretary; Venkatesh Poojary, Ramachandra Suvarna, Anil Shetty, Pushparaj Shetty Puttur, Janardhan Melat Puttur, Shashidhar Shetty Honey Garden, Sukesh Shetty (joint secretary), Uday B Shetty (honorary general secretary), Chetan Gowda, Kiran Anchan, Nitesh Shetty, Ashok Shetty, Narayan Shetty (trustee, Vapi Kannada Sangha), Divakar Shetty Valsad, Jeevan Shetty Umargaon, Akshay Shetty, Divakar Shetty Silvassa, Dejaappa Karkera, Ashwini Shetty, and others.

The Satyanarayana Maha Puja was performed by Balakrishna S Shetty and Rajini Shetty under the guidance of Sri Gopalakrishna Gayatri from Mumbai. The event was conducted with traditional rituals, exuding grandeur.

Additionally, the Sri Shanishwara Mandali, Dombivli, organized a recital of the Shanishwara narrative. The program concluded with the distribution of theertha prasada and a communal lunch.
