Moodbidri, Jan 11: The prestigious Karanth Balapuraskar was conferred upon the extraordinary young achiever Ashwil Neil Lobo on December 28, in recognition of his outstanding achievements in extracurricular pursuits. This honor celebrates exceptional youth contributions and embodies the timeless values of charity, service and excellence championed by the Dr Shivarama Karanth Prathishtana Trust Kota, in collaboration with the Dr Shivarama Karanth Balavana Trust Udupi.

The award stands as a tribute to the illustrious legacy of Dr Shivarama Karanth a Jnanpith Award laureate and cultural stalwart inspiring the younger generation to strive for greatness. This year’s recipient Ashwil Neil Lobo has set a benchmark with his remarkable accomplishments making him a deserving honoree of this prestigious accolade.

The award ceremony was held at the Shivarama Karanth Prathishtana Trust Kota, graced by an esteemed gathering of dignitaries, educators and well-wishers.
