Keshav Kotian of Udupi selected for attending Republic day ceremony in New Delhi

Udupi, Jan 12: Keshav Kotian, president of 80 Badagubettu gram panchayat has been selected for attending the Republic day ceremony at New Delhi on Jan 26.

Keshav Kotian was selected based on his relentless efforts under implementing the "Har ghar jal" yojana scheme for which the 80 Badagubettu gram panchayat was selected.

He will be attending the Republic day ceremony to be held in New Delhi on Jan 26.

Speaking with Daijiworld.com Keshav Kotian said "We have archived 100% implemention of Har ghar jal scheme in our 80 Badagubettu gram panchayat. There are around 2,500 households in our panchayat and all the houses have been provided with free water connections and we have also ensured to provide water supply 24x7 for the households. I will be leaving for Bangalore on Jan 23 and to Delhi on Jan 24. Will be attending an interaction session in Delhi and will witness the republic day ceremony on Jan 26".

Six other members each from Bidar, Kalaburgi, Bagalkote, Koppal and Chitradurga district will also be attending the Republic day ceremony in New Delhi along with Keshav Kotian of Udupi district.
