Kasargod: Wife dies of heart attack hours after husband's passing

Kasargod, Jan 17: In a tragic incident at Badoor, a husband and wife passed away within hours of each other. Sanjeev (55) and his wife Sundari (50), residents of Badoor Padavu, were the victims of this unfortunate event.

Sanjeev, who was engaged in employment guarantee work on Thursday afternoon, suddenly collapsed. Despite being rushed to the hospital, efforts to save his life were unsuccessful. His body was brought home, and funeral rites were performed that evening.

Tragedy struck again later that night around 2 am when Sundari collapsed. She was immediately taken to Kumble Hospital, where she passed away in the early hours of the morning.

Sundari, who worked as an assistant at a local anganwadi, and Sanjeev leave behind three daughters and a son.

    I am sure she died with overwhelming sadness of her husband's demise. Because now a days people almost die with overwhelming happiness after their spouse death!!!

    a sad and rare happening.Husbnd and wife passing away within few hours on same day.Sad for children to be alone without parents passing away from one minute to other.shocking for them too.Heartfelt sympathy to them and family.May God bless them.May the souls of departed ones rest in peace.
