Mangaluru, Jan 18: The department of MBA, Institute of Management and Commerce (IMC), successfully hosted the inaugural function of the HR Forum on January 16 at the Gallery Hall.
The event was inaugurated by Delan Lobo, operation executive and project coordinator at Almasons Technologies Pvt Ltd, who served as the chief guest and delivered an inspiring keynote address, highlighting the evolving role of HR and the importance of innovation and adaptability in the corporate world.
The programme also featured the launch of the HR Forum logo, symbolizing a new chapter of collaborative learning and professional growth for MBA students. Dr Venkatesh Amin, dean, IMC, delivered the presidential remarks.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, setting the tone for future activities and initiatives under the HR Forum. Dr Shailashri V T, research coordinator and Dr Kavyashree, HOD of MBA department, Prof Vinutha H K and Prof Paresh Salian faculty in-charge of HR Forum were present in the inaugural programme.
