Mangaluru: Release of Tulu film ‘Middle Class Family’ postponed to Jan 31

Mangaluru, Jan 21: The much-anticipated Tulu movie ‘Middle Class Family’ has postponed its release to January 31.

Originally scheduled to release on January 24, the film’s release has been delayed by a week due to technical reasons.

Presented by Vaibhav Flix and Mango Pickle Entertainment in association with HPR Films, Middle Class Family is produced by Anand Kumpala and directed by Rahul Amin. The movie promises a perfect mix of humour and emotion, offering a captivating portrayal of family life.

The film stars Vineeth Kumar and Samatha Amin in lead roles, supported by popular Tulu comedians Naveen D Padil, Aravind Bolar, and Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, ensuring a comedy-packed cinematic experience.

The technical team includes 'Raj Sounds & Lights', music composer Srujan Kumar Tonse, and cinematographer Vishnu Prasad P. The movie's title track has already struck a chord with the audience, further heightening anticipation for its release.

For the first time in Tulu cinema history, Middle Class Family had 17 premiere shows across the UAE in just 24 hours on January 18 and 19. Screenings were held in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah, drawing over 2,000 viewers and receiving an overwhelmingly positive response.

The Middle Class Family team expressed gratitude to business tycoon Rohan Monteiro, managing director of Rohan Corporation, for his support and collaboration on the project.

Actor VJ Vineeth, director Rahul Amin, producer Anand Kumpala, and others were present.
