Police Cracks Missing Nurse Case, Finds Location of Where Body was Burnt

Jaipur, Jan 4: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has claimed to crack the Bhanvari Devi murder case on Wednesday January 4.

According to sources CBI has identified the location where the Bishna Gang burnt body of Bhanwari Devi.

Two persons have been arrested in the case and two more are likely to be arrested today.

The body was burnt near Osian village, the murder was planned by sacked Rajasthan minister Mahipal Maderna and Congress MLA Malkhan Singh with the help of Sahi Ram, who after kidnapping and murder handed the body to Bishna Gang.

According to the CBI Bhawari's husband Amarchand knew about her abduction in advance and he was told to ensure she came alone to the Billara area. Bhanwari Devi had gone missing on September 1.

They wanted to kidnap her so that she stays away from the Mahapanchayat on September 8, 2011.

Amarchand was paid Rs 10 lac by Malkhan Singh.

Maderna was sacked from the Cabinet by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on October 16 over allegations that he featured in a sleaze CD with her and had a role in her disappearance.

He was later arrested by the CBI on December 2 and Congress MLA Malkhan was arrested on December 19 for their involvement in the case.
