Mangaluru, Jan 25: The cultural and sports association at St Agnes College organized a belly fitness session on January 18, to promote fitness in a fun and creative way. The session was led by Sharlaine Sequeira, a belly dance trainer and fitness expert.

The event started with warm-up exercises and transitioned into learning basic belly dance movements. Participants found the session enjoyable and educational, with many discovering a fun way to stay fit. Sharlaine’s expertise and enthusiasm made the session lively and engaging.

Madhu compered the event, which concluded with participants performing a short choreography to a song. The session was a great success, providing a refreshing break from routine activities and encouraging students to embrace fitness in a unique way.
