Mangaluru: Slogan writing competition held at Srinivas University

Mangaluru, Jan 25: Slogan writing competition was organised by Srinivas University Institute of Port, Shipping, and Logistics Management on January 16, aiming to foster creativity and promote innovative thinking among students.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 16 teams, who showcased their talent by crafting impactful and thought-provoking slogans. The competition centered around themes relevant to "New Year New Beginnings".

The entries were evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges comprising Prof Vinutha H S and Paresh Salian. The judges brought their expertise and a keen eye for creativity and relevance to assess the slogans based on originality, clarity, and thematic appropriateness.

The event successfully highlighted the creative potential of the participants and emphasised the importance of concise and effective communication in today's fast-paced world. The winning slogans left a lasting impression and were lauded for their creativity and relevance to the themes.

This event served as a platform for students to enhance their creative skills and gain recognition for their innovative ideas. The institute looks forward to organizing similar events in the future to encourage students to think critically and creatively.

The team extends its gratitude to Dr Sonia Delrose Noronha, the dean of the Institute of Port, Shipping, and Logistics Management; Prof Nelson Pereira, the head of the Department of BBA Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Prof Sagar Srinivas, the head of the Department of BBA Port Shipping and Logistics Management; Prof Souparnika, the head of the Department of BBA E-commerce and Retail Management; and all the faculty members for their continued support.
