Mangalore: United Struggle of Workers Gets Justice in Various Issues : MLA U T Khader

Mangalore, Jan 7: The workers unions can effectively stage struggle for the due rights of fellow workers, said MLA U T Khader.

He was speaking at the distribution of pension cards programme organized by Tulunada Rakshana Vedike auto tempo owners and drivers union, at Tokottu, here recently.

He also urged all labourers to enroll in union to seek state facilities. Former MLA Jayaram Shetty said that united struggle of workers will enable them to work free from oppression of employers.

Tulunada Rakshana Vedike workers’ unit president retired army officer P Krishna Gatti presided the programme.

Tulunada Rakshana Vedike founder president Yogish Shetty Jeppu, labour department senior inspector Satyanarayan, Ullal town panchayat president Basil D’Souza, women unit president Jyotika Jain, Dolphy D’Souza, Mohammed Rafiq and others were present on the occasion.

Ullal town panchayat president and social worker Nagesh Shetty Tokkottu was felicitated during the programme.
