No matter what happens, no one can or will do anything against these errant tippers. There was an accident in Manipal where 2 people were killed on the spot after the tipper hit them from behind. The driver fled and it was later found the tipper belonged to someone influential from Kudla. It simply disappeared from the police station after a few days. This tipper looks like the same. I am not sure though. This is just a one off incident. There are countless tippers without proper documents smuggling and over loading sand etc. These guys dont value human life at all.
