Mumbai, Feb 7: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has dismantled a major drug syndicate, seizing banned substances worth Rs 200 cr in Navi Mumbai and arresting four individuals, officials said on Friday.
The syndicate, allegedly operated by overseas-based traffickers, smuggled drugs from the United States via couriers, small cargo, and human carriers. The crackdown began after NCB intercepted 200 grams of cocaine last month in a parcel bound for Australia, leading investigators to the Mumbai-based network.

During the raid, officials seized 11.54 kg of high-quality cocaine, hydroponic weed, and 5.5 kg of cannabis gummies (200 packets). The accused used pseudonyms to conceal their identities in drug transactions. Authorities are now working to trace the backward and forward links of the syndicate.
