Mangaluru: St Agnes College organizes investors awareness programme

Mangaluru, Feb 7: The Post Graduate Department of Commerce, Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, St Agnes College (Autonomous), organized an investors awareness programme, ‘Empowering Investors’ on Thursday, February 6. The programme started with a prayer service by Kripa and team. Rifah, first year MCom student welcomed the gathering.

Vidyashree introduced the resource speaker. The main aim of the session was to create a sense of awareness among young and educated students so that they become smart investors in the future.

Tellis communicated the various avenues of investment. He elaborated the different ways to become smart investors. He also explained the ways to comprehend market trends, and ways to manage risk.

The session was insightful as the speaker imparted knowledge about financial planning for investors. Dr Dolan Champa Banerjee handed over a token of appreciation to the speaker. The beneficiaries were both UG and PG students. The session ended with a vote of thanks.
