Mangaluru, Feb 10: The release of the much-awaited Tulu film ‘Meera’, which was originally scheduled for February 21, has been postponed by a month. The film is now set to hit the screens on March 21, announced the makers in a press meet recently.

The decision to delay the release was taken by the film’s production team as a strategic move. Currently, the Tulu film ‘Middle-Class Family’ is receiving an overwhelming response from audiences. The makers of ‘Meera’ believe that releasing multiple Tulu films simultaneously could impact their individual success.

Considering this, the producers have opted to postpone the release, ensuring that ‘Meera’ gets a fair chance to reach a wider audience without competition from other Tulu films.
