Students of St Agnes College organise trekking expedition to Devaramane, Chikkamagaluru

Mangaluru, Feb 12: Students of human rights and education cell with Rangers and Rovers association went for a trekking expedition to Devaramane Chikkamagaluru on February 10, under the supervision of Dr Navya, assistant professor, department of Zoology and Pooja Shetty, assistant professor, department of Commerce.

The trekking troop started from St Agnes college (autonomous) Mangaluru. The group had their breakfast at Belthangadi and continued their journey towards Devaramane. The trekking troop embarked on a 5-kilometre trek to the summit, navigating the terrain and enjoying the natural beauty surrounding them.

The trek, while challenging, culminated in rewarding experience at the top. It was a challenging yet wonderful experience for the students. They started hiking down the hill and finally reached the common point. After which the students returned  to Mangaluru. There were 52 beneficiaries.
