Karkala, Feb 15: Young martial artists from Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir (SSRVM), Karkala, made a remarkable impact at the G-4 State Level Taekwondo Championship held at JCBM College, Sringeri. The athletes secured an impressive tally of 5 gold, 9 silver, and 15 bronze medals, showcasing their exceptional skills and hard work.
Grade 3 students Reyansh P Shettigar earned two bronze medals, one in Kyorugi and the other in Poomsae. Dhanvith S Kotian secured a silver medal in Kyorugi and a bronze in Poomsae. Aryan Poojary won a bronze medal in Poomsae, while Advith Nayak claimed a silver medal in Kyorugi and a bronze in Poomsae.

Grade 5 student Adhikshith Shetty won a silver medal in Kyorugi and a bronze in Poomsae. Mohammed Anas claimed a gold medal in Kyorugi and a bronze in Poomsae. Arohi Shetty secured two bronze medals, one in Kyorugi and the other in Poomsae. Ethan Adhrit earned a bronze in Kyorugi and gold in Poomsae.
Grade 6 students Sathwik M won a gold medal in Kyorugi and silver in Poomsae, while Samarth S Nayak earned two bronze medals, one in Kyorugi and the other in Poomsae.
Grade 7 student Bola Shreyamsh Hegde earned one silver medal in Kyorugi and another in Poomsae. Eshaan Hegde claimed a gold medal in Kyorugi and a silver in Poomsae. Bola Siddhanth Hegde secured two bronze medals, one in Kyorugi and the other in Poomsae. Aadith Shetty won a gold medal in Kyorugi and silver in Poomsae.
Mehul D Suvarna of grade 8 won one silver (Kyorugi), and one bronze (Poomsae).
These outstanding achievements highlight the dedication, training, and discipline of the students, who trained rigorously under the guidance of their Taekwondo instructor, Suresh.
