New Delhi, Feb 21: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the first edition of the SOUL Leadership Conclave at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on Friday.
The two-day event, scheduled from February 21 to 22, will also witness the participation of Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay, further strengthening the diplomatic ties between India and Bhutan.

Taking to social media platform X, PM Modi expressed his enthusiasm, stating:
"I will be inaugurating the SOUL Leadership Conclave at 10:30 a.m. on February 21, at Bharat Mandapam. It is a matter of immense joy that my friend, Bhutan PM Tshering Tobgay, will be gracing the conclave with his presence. @tsheringtobgay."
Tobgay arrived in New Delhi on Thursday, where he was welcomed by Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Pabitra Margherita. His participation in the event marks a key milestone in India-Bhutan relations.
The SOUL Leadership Conclave aims to bring together eminent personalities from diverse sectors, including politics, business, arts and media, sports, public policy, spirituality, and social work.
The conclave seeks to inspire young minds by providing a platform for renowned leaders to share their leadership journeys, highlighting their challenges, successes, and vision for the future.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the conclave will promote collaboration, mentorship, and thought leadership, fostering an environment that cultivates future leaders.
The School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), based in Gujarat, is a pioneering leadership institute dedicated to developing leaders for public service. Unlike conventional political pathways, SOUL aims to create a diverse leadership pool by offering structured training and opportunities based on merit, dedication, and commitment to public welfare rather than political lineage.
The SOUL Leadership Conclave is envisioned as a platform that will equip aspiring leaders with the skills, knowledge, and strategic insights necessary to navigate modern leadership challenges effectively.
The event marks a significant step toward nurturing a new generation of leaders who stand for integrity, inclusivity, and visionary leadership.
Bhutan PM Tshering Tobgay will deliver the keynote address as the Guest of Honour. Several prominent personalities, including:
