Mangalore, Jan 15: Nine cattle including calves were rescued by Bunder police near Bunder dock here on Saturday January 14.

The cattle were being transported illegally. Acting on a tip-off, the police tracked the violators and seized the cattle.

Ibrahim from Kudroli was arrested. Two more accused are abscoding.
