Mangaluru: Women’s Day celebration held at Srinivas University

Mangaluru, Mar 10:  Women’s Day was celebrated at Srinivas University, ICIS Department, specifically by the 1st Year BCA B4 and B5 batches.

The primary objective of the Women’s Day celebration was to celebrate women's achievements, advocate gender equality, call for positive change, acknowledge the challenges women face, such as discrimination, violence, and wage gaps.

As a part of celebration, various programmes were conducted including flash mob, mime, dance, speech and poster presentation on celebrating the spirit on womanhood.

The outcome of the activity was outstanding. Students successfully raised awareness about women empowerment, ensuring their safety and eliminating discrimination in all its forms.

Students completed their tasks efficiently and demonstrated enthusiastic engagement throughout the process.
