Mangaluru, Mar 9: St Teresa Church in Paldane observed Catechism Day with a special programme on Sunday, March 9. The event commenced with a ceremonial lighting of the lamp, led by chief guests and student representatives Eva D’Mello and Reevan Monteiro.
Parish priest Fr Alban D’Souza addressed the gathering, offering words of wisdom and encouragement to the children. The event was graced by church vice president Elias Fernandes, secretary Austin Monteiro, and pastoral committee coordinator Josline Lobo.
Teacher coordinator Lizzy Fernandes extended a warm welcome to the attendees. During the event, students who secured the top three positions in Catechism examinations were felicitated with awards. The teaching staff were honoured with tokens of appreciation for their dedication and service.







































Adding to the celebration, students presented a variety of cultural performances, including skits and entertainment programmes. The event concluded with a fellowship dinner.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Renita Tellis, while Flora D’Cunha compered the programme.
