RSS condemns Nagpur clashes, calls for peace and rejects Aurangzeb's relevance

Nagpur, Mar 20: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has strongly criticized the recent clashes in Nagpur, stressing that violence has no place in society and urging people to maintain peace.

Speaking on the unrest, RSS leaders stated that historical figures like Aurangzeb hold no relevance in today’s era and should not be used as a reason for discord. They emphasized the importance of unity and social harmony, urging citizens to reject divisive ideologies.

The organization also called upon authorities to take firm action against those responsible for inciting violence while appealing to the public to focus on nation-building and constructive dialogue.

Meanwhile, security has been tightened in Nagpur to prevent further escalation, with officials closely monitoring the situation. Leaders from various communities have also urged for calm, advocating peaceful coexistence and restraint.
