Mangaluru: Seminar on digital health innovation held at Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences

Mangaluru, Mar 20: Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences, Deralakatte, organized a seminar on “Transforming Health Care Delivery Through Digital Health Innovation.”

K S Bharati, senior consultant and former joint secretary of the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, was the keynote speaker. Prof Dr M S Moodithaya, vice chancellor of Nitte (Deemed to be University), was the chief guest. In his address, he expressed his deep respect for the nursing profession and emphasized the importance of continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning.

The event witnessed participation from principals, senior executives, and faculty members of various colleges in Mangaluru and Udupi.

Prof Dr Fatima D’Silva, principal of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences, and Sukesh, head of the department of mental health nursing, coordinated the event. Prathima, lecturer, compered the programme. A total of 140 delegates actively participated in the seminar.
